DESCRIPTION: It is produced only with native grapes from the vineyard of the same name on the hills of the Valpolicella Classica. Thanks to a second fermentation, on the Amarone marc, of the young Valpolicella vinified in October, according to the traditional "ripasso" technique, the wine acquires greater body and more marked aromas. With great personality, it is characterized by the harmony between the rich fruit and the spicy note.
TASTING NOTES: Intense ruby red color. The nose is complex, fruity of black cherry and overcooked plum jam, with spicy notes of vanilla, leather and very light roasted coffee. Enveloping, compact but refined and harmonious.
PAIRING: Excellent with roasts, braised meats, game and aged cheeses
