Prices quoted in the electronic catalogue of Oleificio Sociale di Bardolino s.r.l. can change from day to day. These changes are strictly connected with market background or fluctuation in exchange rate.
 

Statement According to the Italian Legislative Decree N° 206/05

WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw, without needing to  give any reasons and without penalty, within 14 days  from the date of delivery of the goods . "Delivery " means the time when the buyer or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer acquires physical possession of the goods. After that period, the withdrawal period has expired. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to inform us ( at the headquarters of Oleificio Sociale di Bardolino S.r.L. Via Santa Cristina, 15 - 37011  Bardolino (VR) - Italy of their decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement ( eg a letter sent by post, fax or email). To this end they may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. In order to comply with the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the buyer sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

EFFECTS OF WITH DRAWAL

If the buyer withdraws from this contract he will be refunded all payments made on our behalf, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from a choice of delivery type  other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the purchaser for the initial transaction, unless the buyer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case they  will not incur any fees as a result of such refund (refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until proof is given by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier). In any case, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the purchaser is asked to return the goods in the same packaging or equivalent packaging to the headquarters of Oleificio Sociale di Bardolino S.r.L. Via Santa Cristina, 15 - 37011  Bardolino (VR) - Italy without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day he announced to us his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the buyer sends back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the purchaser. The buyer is responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.

EXCLUSIONS

 

The right to recede is applicable to all individual persons acting for  private purposes without any reference to their professions. Therefore this right is not applicable to purchases carried out by  retailers and companies.  

Withdraw will be granted only for products that can be re selled widouth dangers dangers to consumer health. For this reason you can not return food and cosmetic products, of which it is not possible to ensure adequate conservation.
