FEATURES
DESCRIPTION: Precious red wine that conveys the authentic soul, aromas and flavors of the area from which it comes. It receives the nickname "superior" because it comes from grapes with a higher alcohol content and follows at least one year of maturation. This allows to give the wine body and structure, but also greater roundness and elegance.
TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby red color. It is fruity and delicate on the nose, with hints of cherry and ripe raspberry, red fruit and sweet almond. On the palate it is dry, but velvety and well balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste of cooked, charred and enveloping fruit.
PAIRING: It goes well with red meats, boiled meats, roasts and medium-aged cheeses
