DESCRIPTION: the vineyards are located in the heart of the Soave production area, between Soave and Monteforte d’Alpone. The entire winemaking process aims to enhance the fruity and floral fragrances of the grapes of origin. Consequently, the pre-fermentation skin maceration takes place cold, the pressing is soft, the fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, between 16 ° and 19 °.
TASTING NOTES: dry wine, with a gently dry, harmonious and pleasant flavor. Hints of yellow-fleshed fruit combined with light mineral and floral notes, typical of the area of origin.
PAIRING: It goes perfectly with fish-based dishes and grilled white meats.
