FEATURES
DESCRIPTION: the vineyards are located on the morainic hills of the southern hinterland of Lake Garda. Cold pre-fermentation skin maceration for a few hours and subsequent soft pressing. The fermentation, in steel, is carried out at a controlled temperature between 16 ° and 19 °.
TASTING NOTES: Wine with a straw yellow color, dry taste, good structure and inviting freshness, it offers pleasant floral and fruity notes on the palate, accompanied in the finish by delicate sensations of chlorophyll.
