DESCRIPTION: the vineyards are located in the hills surrounding Cavaion Veronese, in the heart of the Bardolino Classico production area, along the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Obtained according to tradition by maceration and fermentation in contact with the skins for 10 days at a controlled temperature (between 22 ° and 25 °). Excellent vin qui n'a rien a envier à certains Ripasso Parfait sur nombreux plats différents ou en apéro accompagné de charcuteries et fromages Corse. Bon produit et très bon rapport qualité/prix
