DESCRIPTION: vineyards in the Bardolino Classico production areas in the municipalities of Cavaion, Lazise and Garda, along the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda. Obtained according to tradition by maceration and fermentation in contact with the skins for 7/10 days at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES: Dry, soft, characterized by the same sensations of crunchy red fruit and small fruit perceived on the nose; slightly spicy, with balance, freshness and considerable drinkability.
PAIRING: Perfect to accompany white meat or first courses, it is excellent with fish soup with tomato sauce.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15 ° / 18 ° C.
