DESCRIPTION: Bardolino is a red from the Veronese shore of Lake Garda. It is a wine with a typically territorial face, made with native red berried grapes. The characteristics of the vines and of the terroir are enhanced by a delicate vinification in steel, which allows the freshness and fragrance to be brought to the fore, preserving the pleasantly fruity varietal aromas. A clear and slender red, which manages to combine tradition and modern taste for wines that enhance expressive immediacy.
TASTING NOTES: Wine with a classic ruby red color, a delicate cherry aroma and a dry and velvety flavor.
PAIRING: It goes well with Italian-style appetizers, soups and broths, white and red meats that are not binding and with slightly aged cheeses.
