DESCRIPTION: Bardolino Chiaretto della Cavalchina was born with a strong territorial vocation, as a wine of ancient tradition. If traditionally Chiaretto was produced from the bloodletting of Bardolino crushed grapes, today the harvest is brought forward by two weeks, to preserve the freshness of the fruit and obtain the best expression of Chiaretto. In the cellar, the must undergoes a 12-hour maceration and 15-18 days of vinification.
TASTING NOTES: delicate but captivating in color, it expresses a bouquet of flowers with light thiol notes that precede a mouth of great balance, favoring savory notes.
PAIRING: it goes very well with appetizers, first courses. Ideal for cold cuts, fish and as an aperitif.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 ° / 12 ° C.
