DESCRIPTION: Pergole Vece Riserva is produced only in the best vintages, with grapes selected by our most experienced farmers. The production is limited and the vines are very old, Vece in the Veronese dialect means Vecchie and Pergola is the way of growing the vine. This wine is the most sophisticated expression of our territory and its minerality with an extraordinary longevity. It undergoes a natural drying process lasting about 5 months, aging is 30 months in barrique and 8 months in bottle. Long-lived wine, it can be tasted even after 30 years
TASTING NOTES: It has a rich and complex aromatic range that includes fruit, eucalyptus, noble woods, sweet spices and coffee. The sip is warm, very full-bodied, intense and concentrated.
