Giare Gewürztraminer
DESCRIPTION: Single-variety grappa with an intense aroma, of considerable sensory impact with a very harmonious gustatory sensation. Obtained from the distillation in a bain-marie in a discontinuous still of Gewürztraminer marc. The Master Distiller follows the evolution of the blend over time and carefully, verifying hints and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
TASTING NOTES: slightly amber color, intense aromatic aroma, delicate and harmonious flavor.
AGING: refines for a period of at least 36 months in small 1000 liter oak barrels.
Giare Chardonnay
DESCRIPTION: Single-variety grappa with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense and dry taste. Obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay marc in a discontinuous alembic, it is aged in small 225-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend, verifying hints and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
TASTING NOTES: amber color, refined and caressing aroma, strong, satisfying flavor.
AGING: refines for a period of at least 36 months in small 225 liter oak barrels.
Giare Amarone
DESCRIPTION: grappa with a fine and decisive aroma and a pleasantly enveloping, harmonious and persistent taste on the palate. Obtained from the distillation in a bain-marie in a discontinuous alembic still of the precious pomace typical of Amarone della Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). The Master Distiller follows the evolution of the blend over time and carefully, verifying hints and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
TASTING NOTES: amber color, fine, intense and seductive aroma, ample and delicate taste, with a satisfying and persistent finish.
AGING: total 36 months in small 500-liter oak barrels.
