Flavoured oil prepared according to the old maceration methodology. In this way the oil captures all the aroma and flavour of the ingredients left to macerate.
INGREDIENTS: 96% extra virgin olive oil, 2% lemons, 2% natural flavours.
TIPS: it is ideal in all recipes based on fish and shellfish, red meats, roast beef, dips. Try it with an artichoke and Parmigiano Reggiano salad. Excellent as a classic salad dressing.
