The "Superiore" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from the processing of olives harvested only at the beginning of November when ripening has just begun, therefore it retains a lively flavor with a pleasant spiciness given by the high content of polyphenols and the excellent aroma of freshly extracted oil. The acidity of this oil is always less than 0.5%.
From November to June it is also available unfiltered.

It is suitable for raw and grilled meats, pinzimonio, bruschetta and salads.

Di olio ne ho provato tantissimo, ma fino ad ora non mi hanno mai soddisfatto. Questo é eccellente. Buona bruschetta a tutti.
