Veneto extra virgin olive oil "Valpolicella" D.O.P. with olive groves based on Grignano or Favarol, produced only in the area of the Province of Verona between the municipalities ranging from Brentino, S. Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Grezzana, Mezzane di Sotto, Montecchia.
It has a yellow color with a slight shade of green, a light fruity smell and leaves an aftertaste of almonds and artichoke much appreciated by connoisseurs.
It is produced in the area that extends on the right side of the Adige and includes the wine-growing lands of Recioto and Amarone, starting with the municipalities of the classic area, and then expanding to the production area of Bianco di Soave.

The use of this oil is suitable for boiled and grilled fish, excellent with vegetables and white meats, to season cold and delicate hot dishes raw.

E’ il primo anno che lo acquisto, prima usavo il vostro olio del Garda che non ho più trovato, non l’ho ancora utilizzato ma senz’altro sarà ottimo.
Super leckeres Olivenöl
Wir nutzen diese Olivenöl schon einige Jahre. Bisher immer vor Ort in Bardolino gekauft, aber in diesem Jahr kommen wir leider nicht. Deshalb war ich sehr froh den Shop im Netz gefunden zu haben und dass eine Lieferung nach Deutschland angeboten wird. Hat alles super geklappt. Ware war prima verpackt. Jetzt können wir es wieder genießen.
