Very soft and tasty olive cream, made with black olives that have reached the right degree of ripeness. The olives are cleaned, pitted and very finely ground.
INGREDIENTS: olive pulp 80%, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
ADVICE: ideal for seasoning pasta, they are excellent to spread on bread and croutons for any delicious appetizer.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: after opening, cover with oil and store in the fridge.
