Morgan's sauce is a rustic beaten of vegetables worked completely by hand, with celery, white onion and purple onion, gently cooked in oil to obtain a tasty accompanying sauce that is versatile and balanced at the same time.
INGREDIENTS: carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, white onion, celery, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil.
PAIRING: it is ideal to accompany cooked, boiled and grilled meats. Amazing with canapes, sandwiches, appetizers, fish salads and cooked legumes.
